Roland Goldich founded Anglo Continental to create a hybrid corporate advisory business that encompasses several services focused on buying, selling, and subsequently investing in businesses. Anglo have established a unique bespoke approach to business for both private and public companies ranging from engineering, distribution to IT, medical and the beauty and personal care industries.
Luke Johnson is a corporate investor who organised the acquisition of PizzaExpress and floated the business on the stock market. A former Chairman of Channel Four TV, Luke has been an investor, Chairman, and owner of many businesses including Integrated Dental Holdings as its’ co founder, restaurant and leisure businesses. He is a major shareholder in and Chairman of Gail’s Bakery. Over the years he has had a following through writing columns in the Financial Times, Sunday Telegaph and Sunday Times.
